Product Manager (Full-Time/San Rafael, CA)

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our innovative products and solutions.

As a Product Manager at Lingrove, you will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and execute product development plans. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at the forefront of sustainable materials innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and engineering teams

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends

  • Develop and maintain product specifications, feature prioritization, and release schedules

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure products are developed to meet customer requirements and production targets

  • Manage product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotions

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioning

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers

  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment

  • Strong technical background with experience in materials science, chemistry, or manufacturing preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions

  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet project timelines

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Passion for sustainability and innovation

About the Role

  • You will be working from our San Francisco office, at least 3/4 time in the office. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, onsite. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
